Hi! Any advise on how to stay warm during Japanese winter? Even my apartment is cold all the time!

    @Dexter2.0 I use blankets and don’t have the smaller heater.
    Do you have a small heater?

    are you just getting more blankets to stay warm or doing like most Japanese whit the small heaters?

    @Sophie I use it when I was going to sleep. but probably forgot it up a few times to. How have you survived the winter?

    @dexter2.0 that’s a good way to keep the warmth in the apartment! I should try! But do you have the blanket in the window all day or just at night?

    Also heard about yutampo. There are so many kinds of yutampo. The latest one is just fill up with the water and use the microwave to warm the water inside and the old style one is using hot water from a pot.

    Hmmm I also had the problem in the old apartment, the isolation is not that good here in Japan. The window and the entrance door lets the cold in, or it did in my old place. I used a big blanket to cover the window and used the AC to warm the place. Don't need to use it so much before it gets warm.
